My approach

Professional, pragmatic, people- and results-oriented. That summarizes my working method in a nutshell.

As an interim professional, I will help you with a job for which you temporarily have no capacity. I am at my best in roles as strategic advisor, program manager and designer of future-proof leadership. Because: what could be more fun than adding knowledge/expertise and achieving results together with others that contribute to your sustainable organizational success? It makes me very happy.

In recent years I have accepted assignments within larger (including KLM, KPMG) and smaller (including Exact, Brout) organizations. You can find an overview of what I did there in my CV.

Adding value

Your goal is the starting point in my assignment. I base my approach on change management (graduated with honors), a focus on opportunities in the organizational system and more than 20 years of experience in working in organizations and on leadership development.

Adding value is what I like to do most. To do this, we agree on a clear assignment. During the assignment we will continue to discuss regularly, including about how your leadership contributes to the desired end result.

I promise you that I will continually test myself against my own professional standards. And yes, it is very high. 😉

Finally: when the assignment is done, it’s done! My aim is to have your department/leadership portfolio/vision on leadership on track within a year. If it is necessary for me to stay a little longer, we will. I commit myself 100% to our end goal.

As soon as possible, I transfer to the existing organization and ensure that it can continue to be strengthened and enriched.
